Benoit Moreau, MBA

President & Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Moreau has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry as a geologist (University of Montreal, 1982) and a mining engineer (École Polytechnique of Montreal, 1985). He has been a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec since 1985. He also holds an MBA (University of Quebec in Montreal, 2000) and has been the Vice President of Exploration and a Director of Otish Energy (TSX.V: OEI) from February 2008 to March 2011. Mr. Moreau is the former President of Geomega Resources Inc. and is intricately familiar with the Montviel Carbonatite complex.

From June 2006 to January 2008, he was project manager for EarthMetrix Inc., a company offering services in mineral exploration. From April 1999 to May 2006, he was president of Global Ionix Inc., a company specialized in metallurgical processes, purchased by Capimont Inc. in 2006.

Alan R. Edwards, B.Sc Mn Eng, MBA

Director

Mr. Edwards is a mining professional with 27 years of diverse mining industry experience. Mr. Edwards has a B.Sc., Mining Engineering and an MBA (Finance), both from the University of Arizona. He initially worked for Phelps Dodge Corporation for 15 years where he held positions of increasing responsibility, including General Manager of Operations, Chino Mines Company. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. Edwards held the position of President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Frontera Copper Corporation. From 2004 to 2007, Mr. Edwards held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Apex Silver Mines Corporation where he was responsible for the engineering, construction and commissioning of the San Cristobal project in Bolivia. From 1996 - 2000, Mr. Edwards worked for Cyprus Amax Minerals Company where he rose to the position of President/General Manager of Sociedad Minera Cerro Verde S.A. in Peru. Prior to joining Apex Silver Mines, he held senior operating positions with P.T. Freeport Indonesia and Kinross Gold Corporation.

Thomas R. Kilbey, M. Sc Geo, P. Geo

Vice President Exploration

Mr. Kilbey has more than 25 years of diverse exploration and mine development experience with major and junior companies. Mr. Kilbey has worked across much of North America and parts of South America, locating and developing copper, gold, and silver deposits. Most recently, he was a Senior Geologist with Romarco Minerals from 2006 through 2009, where he was instrumental in Romarco's acquisition of the Haile Gold Mine in South Carolina. Since the acquisition, Romarco has expanded his original Ledbetter discovery, found during his time on the property in 1991 to 1994 with Amax Gold, to the largest deposit on the property. Mr. Kilbey's targeting program helped lead to the latest Horseshoe discovery on the western side of Haile. Prior to that he worked in exploration for Newcrest Resources, AngloGold, North Mining, Cyprus Metals, and Amax Gold.

Herrick Lau, MA, CFA

Chief Financial Officer

Herrick Lau is currently Vice President, Corporate Finance of Baron Group Canada. Mr. Lau is an experienced investment banking professional who has conducted transactions in initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and various advisory services. Through his over 14 years of experience in investment research and corporate finance, Mr. Lau is knowledgeable in performing due diligence, valuation, financing structuring, fairness opinion and research. Aside from his practice in corporate finance, Mr. Lau also has experience as a finance executive in publicly traded and private companies. His industry practice involves developing financing strategy, liaising with external parties, devising business development plans and maintaining compliance with corporate governance. Mr. Lau is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has a Masters degree in Finance and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University.

Paul Cowley, B.Sc, P.Geo

Geologist & Director

Paul Cowley is a professional geoscientist with 30 years experience as a mineral explorationist, project manager, and consulting geologist, including 18 years with BHP in Canada, Chile, and Bolivia. He led a team of geologists at BHP responsible for the discovery of 4 gold deposits in the Canadian Arctic that now have resources totaling over 5 million ounces of gold, notably the Hope Bay gold deposits. Other notable deposits he has participated on are Escondida, (Chile), Ekati Diamonds (Canada) and Meadowbank (Canada). He was also a key member of the Gold City management team that acquired the Bissett assets and carried out the San Gold merger. Mr. Cowley has been on numerous boards including Orvana Minerals and Evolving Gold.

Francois Perron, BSc, MBA

Mr. Perron is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alexis Minerals Corporation and was previously the President and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Goose Resources until its sale to Kodiak Exploration in 2010. Prior to joining Golden Goose Resources, Mr. Perron was a portfolio manager, managing various resource funds for NBC Alternative Assets in 2008 and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec from 2001 to 2007. In 2006, he was recognized by Brendan Woods International as a Top Gun Asset Manager in Mining. Prior to fund management, he was a research analyst covering the forest product sector at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Perron is also a director of Yorbeau Resources Inc., which is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and a director of Apogee Silver Ltd. which is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He has a Bachelor of Science, Computer Science from McMaster University and an MBA from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales.

Simon Marcotte,. BAA, CFA

Director

Mr. Marcotte has 14 years of capital market involvement. He has been a partner of Cormark Securities ("Cormark") for 4 years in institutional equity sales covering Montreal and New York. He also previously sat on the Board of Directors of Cormark. Prior to his involvement with Cormark, Mr Marcotte was a Director for CIBC World Markets in Montreal since 1998 in institutional sales. Mr. Marcotte presently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development for Belo Sun Mining and Alderon Resources Corp.. Mr. Marcotte holds a B.A.A. from Sherbrooke University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Paul F. Matysek, M. Sc. Geo

Advisor

Mr. Matysek is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Potash One Inc., where he is leading the company to feasibility stage on its Legacy Project in Saskatchewan. He was a founder and CEO of Energy Metals Corporation, which he helped grow from a market capitalization of $10 million to acquisition by a larger uranium producer for $1.8 billion. Since 1999, he has been involved in obtaining over $200 million of exploration and development financing.

Mr. Matysek is a geologist/geochemist and has served in an Executive or Director capacity for several exploration and development companies including: First Quantum Minerals Ltd., First Majestic Resource Corp., Energy Metals Corp., and Lithium One Inc. He has a wealth of technical and financial experience as well as over 35 years of exploration and development experience.
